Consulting
For organizations:
At a loss for what comes after bereavement leave? Reintegration for grieving employees can be awkward, confusing and even harmful without a road map for both the person experiencing a loss and their team. I offer one on one coaching to increase grief literacy in managers who may be navigating this delicate space for the first time. As a certified grief care professional and therapist who serves this population directly, I have unique insight into the difficulties that arise for clients during this transition. I teach team leaders best practices in grief care to handle reintegration with sensitivity and confidence in their skills.

For therapists and clinicians:
Perinatal therapy includes unique challenges and pregnancy/infant loss introduce clinical complexity that may feel overwhelming, even in the context of a strong therapeutic alliance. While some clients may seek a specialist after a loss of this kind, you may be wondering how to best support clients who choose to continue seeing you. If you feel overwhelmed or concerned about how to best care for these clients, I can help you build confidence and gain the tools to work with clients with sensitivity and best practices in grief care.
I also help pediatricians, midwives and OBs, family doctors and other clinicians with the mental health side of bereavement and loss. This is training that can be useful with many different kinds of grief and loss in a variety of presentations/situations.
