From Emma: “I focus on strengths and resilience and see therapy not just as a tool to solve life’s problems but as a foundation for growth that provides an opportunity for wholeness and self-discovery.”

Therapist, EMDR provider

Sara is a Perinatal Mental Health certified (PMH-C) therapist providing compassionate care to mothers and birthing people that are dealing with anxiety, depression, and the complex stressors that parenthood can bring.
